What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order and ship within 4 to 6 weeks. In-stock decor items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and item size.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my large freight delivery?
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large furniture items, our freight partner will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
